Ticket Pricing & Refund Policy

Please note that not all events held in the Freeport Masonic Temple are sponsored by us.  Other organizations may rent our facility and do not have to adhere to our ticketing and refund policies.

 

Ticket Pricing

The goal of the Freeport Masonic Temple and its sponsors is to bring quality entertainment , at an affordable price, to our area.   Pricing of tickets is dependant on the cost of bringing the entertainment to our venue and the number of shows that will be presented.   

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Refunds or Exchanges

We want you to enjoy all aspects of the show and Freeport Masonic Temple.  The following purchase policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of our purchase process.

 

All Sales Are Final

• There are no refunds, cancellations or exchanges.
• Convenience fees are non-refundable.
• Please make sure you are aware of any age restrictions before purchasing your tickets.
• Before completing your order, carefully review your event and seat selection.
• When you examine your order please make sure that you have selected the exact seats you require for the correct show, on the correct date. Mistakes can not be rectified after the sale has been confirmed.
• We are not responsible for tickets ordered but not picked up at will call. By agreeing to these terms purchasers waive their right to a refund for tickets not picked up at will call.

 

Canceled or Postponed Events
Occasionally, events are canceled or postponed by the promoter, team, band or venue due to weather conditions or situations affecting the staff or audience. When this occurs, we will make every effort to ensure you receive a prompt refund of the ticket price if applicable. Convenience fees are non-refundable. If an event is canceled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund. If the event was rescheduled, the tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date and no refunds will be issued.

 

Convenience Fees
Tickets purchased with a credit card are subject to a convenience fee.

 

Will Call
You will need to bring a picture ID to the venue on the day of the event to pick up your tickets and gain admittance. Only the cardholder can pick the tickets up, they can not be left in someone else's name. Please remember to print and bring the confirmation emailed to you when picking up tickets from the Will Call window where your event takes place. Freeport Masonic Temple is not responsible for tickets ordered but not picked up at will call. By agreeing to these terms purchasers waive their right to any refund for tickets not picked up at will call.

In order to pick up your tickets, you will be required to present:

• Your valid state photo ID, driver's license or passport
• The credit card you used to purchase the tickets

The box office will not release tickets if the name on the ID does not match the name used to purchase the tickets or if the photo on the ID does not appear to be the photo of the person retrieving the tickets. To find out what other types of photo ID are acceptable at the venue's Will Call, please contact the venue directly.

 

Standard Mail

Tickets will not be mailed.  You have the option of printing e-tickets on-line and bringing them with you or picking up tickets at Will Call the night of the show.
