BALLROOM AND DINING ROOM -

Tall white columns grace the outside of the building. What could be more appropriate on the inside than a ballroom? As a dining room, there is a seating capacity up to nine hundred and with an attendant stage, the chairs can be arranged theatre style for meetings or set with tables for dining. A modern industrial-sized kitchen will increase meal preparation efficiency of the caterer of your choice. The ability to serve liquor adds to the versatility of the room's use. This facility has been the center for a variety of entertainment, which in the past years included many of the popular big bands. The parquet floored stage has held the likes of Cugat, King and Lombardo. The cloak room and ticket booth in the foyer may be used if you sponsor an event to which the public is invited.

Two crystal chandeliers welcome you into this elegant reception room. The mint green and pastel pink walls add to the understated elegance that is accentuated by the baby grand piano and sculpted fireplace. The floor length drapes and leaded glass windows speak of the attention to the finest details of style. This room once prompted a prominent social writer to state that most appropriate description of the room was "elegant". Through the years it has provided for many special meetings as well as receptions.

A small, but gracious room is available for smaller receptions when the ballroom would be overwhelming. This room has easy access to the auditorium and food preparation areas.

AUDITORIUM - Seating Capacity 1224

Warm cherry wood paneling, two vintage ticket booths and leather chairs give the auditorium unmistakable grandeur. But behind the stately charm is a state-of-the-art stage sound and light system that can rival any in the city to provide the facilities for dramatic, impressive presentations.
With the seating capacity, outstanding acoustics and a 40 rank pipe organ, the auditorium has been able to provide for a variety of shows and concerts featuring some of the most renowned performers in the business. The seating accommodations in the lower level and the balcony are just about equal in number, and it has been said for many years that "there is not a bad seat in the house."
